Deliveries & Returns
Deliveries Delivery of the goods will be deemed to have taken place under the following circumstances:- If we are delivering the goods by courier, then immediately upon us delivering the goods to any agreed or usual place of delivery. If delivering by postal service, then immediately upon us posting them and having receipt of posting.Upon a Customer collecting goods from our premises. All collections must be within 5 working days after receiving notification that the goods are ready for collection. All goods being collected must be signed for by the customer and collected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. The customer must accept delivery of all goods that have been ordered and are in good condition. All delivery dates are estimated dates, which we will use reasonable endeavours to achieve. We may deliver the goods to you in advance of any agreed or estimated delivery dates if we give you reasonable prior notice of early delivery. Allkits aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible; ordinarily no order should take more than two weeks to be delivered. In most cases our goods will reach you in less than two weeks. Please note however that some items need to be ordered specially and may take a little longer. In cases where the lead-time over-runs two weeks it will be because of stock shortages at our suppliers. Should this be the case we will inform you within 48 hours of order. When we dispatch your order we will send the goods either by courier or Royal Mail postal service. We will send an email to let you know the goods have been dispatched. Please note that some email services (such as Yahoo, Google mail and Hotmail) have filters that can stop this email from getting to your inbox. To prevent this, please add orders@AllKits.co.uk to your address book or safe sender list. Deliveries are Monday to Friday. Allkits will only deliver to mainland UK addresses. We cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, Ireland, and any other British Isles. All deliveries will be to the billing address that matches the registered card details. However for your convenience you can choose an alternative delivery address but this needs to be agreed in writing by Allkits. All deliveries will require a signature for proof of delivery upon delivery to the address provided by the purchaser when purchasing the goods or agreed to in writing. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, although most parcels will arrive within 1-2 days. Deliveries that have been unsuccessful by Allkits couriers maybe subject to a further (standard) delivery charge if orders are not signed for after two attempted deliveries. Occasional cartons can become damaged in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to sign as 'RECEIVED DAMAGED' and to inform the courier driver they have signed for them as damaged. The customer must also inform Allkits within 24 hours that the delivery was damaged. All goods remain the property of AllKits until proof of delivery has been obtained. Failure to take Delivery If you fail to take delivery of the goods or to give us sufficient instructions to enable us to deliver them, then we may:- Store the goods at your risk until actual delivery and charge you for the additional costs which we may incur as a result of your failure or Invoice you for the goods and upon not less than three working days notice to the effect sell the goods at the best price reasonably obtainable. If we do that then you are to pay us the amount of the invoice and the reasonable costs of storage and sale minus the proceeds of sale (which we may use towards settlement of the invoice) or cancel the relevant supply agreement Incorrect Goods Delivered or Damaged Goods Mistakes do happen, but they are rare. In the unlikely event that we have sent you the incorrect goods, then first of all we apologise. We want to make sure that we rectify this as soon as possible and ensure that we get the goods you ordered to you. In this event, please contact Customer Services on 01799 542142 within 48 hours and will be happy to assist you. We will accept returns of such damaged or incorrect goods notified to us in writing within the relevant time period and we are happy to provide you with replacement goods. However, replacements claimed outside the relevant time period will be at our discretion. We may decide to collect the damaged or incorrect goods from your premises. In the event of non-delivery of part of a consignment you are to inform us in writing within 48 hours of the delivery. Any shortages of goods must be notified in writing to Allkits within 48 hours of delivery. If you notify us of non-delivery within the stated time limits then we will give you the option of a credit or a further delivery of the missing goods. If you do not notify us within the stated time limits then we shall not be liable to you for non-delivery. Allkits are happy to help in advising the customer on sizes. But the final sizes ordered will be solely at the customers own risk. Returns No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation from AllKits. Please note goods purchased from Allkits that have been worn cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty. Refunds will be made for all items returned (at customers expense) which are unused, not damaged, still in the original packaging, still have any labels or tickets on them within 14 days of receiving them. (This does not affect your statutory rights). Allkits will not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been ordered incorrectly and that have been either embroidered or printed. There is a strict no returns policy on all clearance items. All goods that are returned are the customer's responsibility. Any losses in transit will be at the risk of the customer. A fee of £10.00 will be applied to all returned orders in respect of administration. A restocking charge of 15% of the original cost of the goods will be applied to all returned goods. Any goods that are returned will need to be supported by paperwork containing customer's details, including phone number and written explanation for return of said goods. |
