Supply Agreement

Allkits supply agreement is made only upon these terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing between us or through an authorised representative in writing. No additional, or alternative, terms or conditions will apply to a supply agreement.

Allkits are entitled to cancel a supply agreement at any time if you have any overdue invoices for goods that we have previously supplied or if you have exceeded or will exceed (as a result of the supply agreement in question or otherwise) your authorised credit limit with us.

Payment and Prices

Orders Must Be Paid For In FULL before we will Dispatch the Goods.

Allkits will not process your order until Payment has been received in full unless agreed in writing.

We accept payment via most major credit cards (We do not accept American Express), cheque, cash, bank transfer (BACS). Cheques and BACS payments can take 3-5 days to clear into our bank account and we will not process your order until the payment has cleared. Any payment by cheque that is returned by our bank will be subject to a £10 administration charge. All cheques are to be made payable to – 'Saffron Apparel Ltd'.

For those customers wishing to pay by BACS (bank transfer) please call Allkits on 01799 525422 and we will provide you with the relevant bank details.

Telephone orders paid for by credit card will require the customer to provide the following details:

You will also be asked for the Post Code and House Number where the card is registered to. Allkits will only delivery to the cardholders address unless agreed by Allkits in writing. We will then deliver to an alternative address. All deliveries require a signature.

Samples

We are happy to order and provide samples. The samples will be charged at full retail cost.

Samples must be returned within 14 days in their original condition and packaging. All swing tags must still be present and attached in order to be refunded.

Conditions of sale

At Allkits customer service is very important and we will make every effort to process the customer's order as quickly as possible.

If any orders are delayed, Allkits will attend to them as soon as the situation is brought to our attention. Please be aware however that in scenarios where the order is held up due to stock shortages at our suppliers these issues are out of our control.

We reserve the right not to process any order until payment has been received in full. Once payment has been received the order will be deemed to be in contract status and every possible endeavour will be made to make sure all delivery times are adhered to.

Allkits only source products from high quality brands and suppliers. The majority of products sold by Allkits have a full manufacturer's warranty. If any product we supply is faulty or fails prematurely due to a manufacturing defect we will be happy to supply you with a replacement or an alternative product. However, due to the highly technical nature of many of our products, ahead of providing a replacement or alternative product, we are required to send all faulty products to the manufacturer for expert analysis. Please note this can take up to 28 days, however faulty items are normally replaced much quicker. In the event the manufacturer deems the product is not faulty, and damage was caused by miss-use, unfortunately we are not able to replace the item or offer an alternative.

In the event that the product is deemed faulty on first inspection, and ahead of first use, please notify us (within 14 days of receipt), we will arrange a replacement immediately. Once the product has been used, all faults come under manufacturers warranty and are bound by the process listed above.

Prices

Unfortunately, all prices are liable to increases which are out of our control. Should the cost of your order differ from that quoted, we will contact you either by telephone, letter or e-mail to request further instructions from you.

VAT

All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5% unless otherwise stated. Certain items may be exempt from VAT. Exempt or non VAT items are not necessarily identified separately. Our receipts contain the relevant VAT details.

Opening Hours

Our office/ customer support/ order lines are open Monday to Friday from 0900 hours to 1700 hours UK local time - the website is open 24 hours, 7 days a week (except where there are periods of maintenance):

The office and customer support lines are closed on all Bank Holidays Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Orders that are placed using the Allkits online shop will be processed the next working day for dispatch during the next working day. Therefore customers need to make allowances for this when calculating delivery dates.

General

These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer statutory rights.

Limitation of Liability

The Web site is provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty being given in relation to the Web site including (but not limited to) implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy or any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or usage or trade.

We make no warranty that the Web site will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the site or the server(s) that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.

We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of material uploaded or transmitted through the Web site

We will not be liable in contract, tort, negligence, for pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent representations) or otherwise out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions of Use for: any economic loss (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or any special or indirect losses whatsoever.

Indemnity

By use of this Website you agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms & Conditions of Use by you or other liabilities arising out of your use of the Web site

Severance

Each provision of these Terms & Conditions of Use shall be construed separately and independently of each other and the validity of any one part shall not affect the validity of any other part.

Law

These Terms & Conditions of Use shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.

Errors and Omissions

A contract between Allkits (Saffron Apparel Ltd) and the Customer begins when the Goods have been despatched.

Obvious computer errors in pricing will not be honoured.

The title of goods does not pass not pass to the purchaser until full payment has been received.
